You should have 4 competitors in your file. It’s now time to review them.
As an expert in your own field, you will subjectively review each competitor on a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being the best) for several points. The system automatically calculates the importance of the competitors based on the subjective scaling you will do. If some anchor characteristics are not respected, they are dramatically lowered in the ranking.
Ex: Think of the 3D printing business: they have a great website (quality = 5) but it’s extremely slow (Speed = 1). You can test speed subjectively or ues a speed test.
To verify the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Ads point, type your competitors name in Google, analyze the first page. Is your competitor listing showing correctly, is the description noteworthy? Are they verified with Google (if the Window to the right is not showing, they are not verified)? Are there any ads showing for their name or related keywords?
Rank your competitors on the audience, product and website section.
Once you are done, you should have a list of 4 competitors, from the most dangerous to less dangerous. Now that we know exactly who your competitors are, we will focus on how to outperform them SEO, price quality and patch the errors they made.
